• Current Wisconsin Esthetician license (or appropriate licensing for the services you perform).
• Lash extension and/or waxing experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow your own clientele.
• Eager to continue learning and developing your skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Ability to commit to consistent recurring availability, including at least one evening shift each week and two Saturdays per month, to help meet client demand.Independent Contractor Opportunity

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, offering the flexibility to build your own business while working within the supportive environment of Third Coast Aesthetics.

Independent Contractors are responsible for

• Maintaining an active Wisconsin Esthetician license (or other applicable professional license).
• Carrying personal professional liability insurance.
• Managing their own taxes, business expenses, and continuing education.
• Following all state regulations and Third Coast Aesthetics sanitation, safety, and professional standards.
• Committing to recurring availability that supports our clients, including one evening each week and at least two Saturdays per month.
• Honoring scheduling commitments and communicating professionally when unexpected changes arise.
• Providing exceptional client care and contributing to a positive team environment.

Pay: From $200.00 per day
