This is more than a management position—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and treats the business with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations
• Open and close the store on time
• Lead and support the beauty team
• Train and onboard new employees
• Monitor employee attendance and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Monitor inventory and submit supply requests
• Assist with implementing sales goals and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Communicate directly with ownership regarding daily operations
• Ensure company policies and standards are followed

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability required
