Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality esthetic treatments within Washington State scope of practice
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience from start to finish
• Follow New U protocols, standards, and treatment guidelines
• Educate clients on skincare products and personalized home-care routines
• Support retail recommendations in a professional and trustworthy way
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished treatment room
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to client retention
• Work positively with providers, leadership, and the full New U team
• Stay current on services, products, promotions, and continued education

Requirements

• Current Washington State Master Esthetician License
