This position is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships while performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Perform laser treatments including:
• Laser Hair Removal
• IPL Photofacial
• Pigmented Lesion Treatment
• Vascular Lesion Treatment
• Skin Rejuvenation
• Perform medical-grade facial treatments including:
• HydraFacial
• Chemical Peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling (as permitted by state regulations)
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and home skincare regimens.
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products and treatment packages.
• Take high-quality before-and-after photographs.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment documentation.
• Maintain treatment rooms, laser equipment, and supplies according to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Assist medical providers with aesthetic procedures when appropriate.
• Help promote the practice through patient education, social media participation, and community events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming, luxury patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina Esthetician or Cosmetology License.
• Laser Certification from an accredited training program.
• Minimum of one year of medical spa or aesthetic experience preferred.
• Experience operating aesthetic laser platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products.
