is a boutique medical spa located on Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton, Florida, specializing in nonsurgical aesthetic treatments. Our goal is to prioritize the art and science of beauty to enhance your natural beauty and inspire confidence. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of full-time medical aesthetics experience and is passionate about skincare, patient education, and delivering outstanding results. This individual should be confident performing a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, recommending medical-grade skincare, and building lasting relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Hydrafacial
• DiamondGlow
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• High-frequency treatments
• Chemical peels
• Extractions
• LED/Red Light Therapy
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional patient care and follow-up.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to strict sanitation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver a seamless, luxury patient experience.
• Participate in social media content creation and marketing initiatives.
• Arrive on time, maintain a professional appearance, and contribute positively to the team culture.
• Stay current with new skincare technologies, products, and treatment protocols through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Esthetician or Facial Specialist License.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of full-time experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice.
• Experience with Hydrafacial, DiamondGlow, microneedling, dermaplaning, high-frequency treatments, and chemical peels.
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines and confidence recommending products based on patient needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience and the ability to educate patients without being overly promotional.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow professionally.
