We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of full-time medical aesthetics experience and is passionate about skincare, patient education, and delivering outstanding results. This individual should be confident performing a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, recommending medical-grade skincare, and building lasting relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Hydrafacial
• DiamondGlow
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• High-frequency treatments
• Chemical peels
• Extractions
• LED/Red Light Therapy
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional patient care and follow-up.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to strict sanitation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver a seamless, luxury patient experience.
• Participate in social media content creation and marketing initiatives.
• Arrive on time, maintain a professional appearance, and contribute positively to the team culture.
• Stay current with new skincare technologies, products, and treatment protocols through ongoing education.
