Medical Esthetician – Laser & Facial Treatments (Bilingual - Eng & Spanish)

Position Overview

MCI Clinical is seeking a skilled and client-focused Medical Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience performing facial treatments and laser procedures while providing exceptional customer service and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments based on clients' skincare needs.
• Conduct laser treatments following established safety protocols.
• Evaluate skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Active Esthetician License required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing facial treatments and/or laser procedures.
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinic.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
