We are passionate about providing exceptional skincare services and holistic wellness experiences to our clients in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

* Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion. * Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments. * Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. * Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide top-notch services. * Promote and sell spa products that enhance client skincare routines. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. * Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Collaborate with other spa professionals to create a cohesive wellness experience. * Follow spa sanitation and safety standards * Support promotions, events, and client retention

Requirements

* Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa or skincare setting. * Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their skincare goals. * Professional demeanor and a commitment to continuous learning. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Weekend availability preferred * Makeup experience is a plus
