We’re adding PMU services to our Lash Lounge salon and looking for the right artist to grow with us long term. About the Role This is a permanent position inside an established, membership-based beauty salon with a steady flow of guests, strong brand recognition, and built-in marketing support. You focus on delivering exceptional work. We handle the rest. Services You’ll Provide * Microblading and/or powder brows * Lip blush * Lash line enhancement or eyeliner (if certified) * Consultations, color matching, and client education * Touch-ups and follow-up care

What We’re Looking For

* Current PMU certification and required state licensing * Proven experience with a strong portfolio (before/after photos required) * Excellent attention to detail and sanitation standards * Professional, reliable, and guest-focused * Comfortable working in a structured, brand-driven environment * Team player who values consistency and long-term growth
