This is more than a front desk position. As our Salon Coordinator & Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of VaZa Salon while helping keep our salon running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily salon flow
• Coordinate stylist schedules and help keep the day running efficiently
• Build lasting relationships with guests and create an exceptional salon experience
• Recommend professional haircare products and educate clients on their benefits
• Process retail sales and point-of-sale transactions
• Receive and accurately enter invoices
• Monitor inventory and keep retail displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Maintain a polished, welcoming front desk and reception area
