Position Summary

The Advanced Esthetician will perform a variety of non-invasive aesthetic treatments while delivering outstanding patient experiences. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in skincare, confident with advanced aesthetic technologies, and committed to helping patients achieve their cosmetic goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
• Laser Hair Removal
• Hydrafacial treatments
• Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments
• Extractions
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and skin assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare products
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre- and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained according to safety and infection control standards
• Collaborate with dermatology providers and aesthetic team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Assist in promoting aesthetic services and building client retention
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Current Advanced Esthetician license in good standing
