Position Summary

The Senior Estheticians at Root bring their education, training, expertise and experience to our clients through assessments, consultations and treatment plans for our clients' skin health. They are expected to perform all types of Organic skin treatments offered on our menu: facials, medi-facials, LED treatments, micro-current, microdermabrasion, extractions, scrubs, enzyme treatments, body wraps, and includes mini neck/shoulder massages. They should maintain a strong client base and re-book rate and participate in marketing and social media content to expand and promote skin services. They have strong skin analysis and diagnostic skills – deep knowledge of problem skin, anti-aging, rosacia, acne and prescribing appropriate products, enhancements and home-care recommendations in a prescription form after each service.
