Barber/Cosmetologist Instructor

What You'll Do

Teach and mentor students in both theory and practical skills Demonstrate industry techniques and best practices Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging classroom environment Support students in preparing for the California State Board Exam Ensure compliance with school policies, safety, and sanitation standards Encourage student attendance, participation, and career success

What We're Looking For

Current California Barber or Cosmetology License 3-5 yrs of experience Strong communication and leadership skills

Positive attitude and passion for education Professional appearance and work ethic Industry experience in barbering and/or cosmetology
