Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Contract Esthetician to join our team at the Paradise Hills Spa. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, providing guests with revitalizing experiences that enhance their well-being. Your expertise will help create memorable visits while promoting our spa services and products.

Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massages to meet individual guest needs.
• Provide body waxing services with attention to sanitation and client comfort.
• Conduct product demos and recommend retail skincare products tailored to each guest’s skin type and concerns.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout all treatments and work areas to ensure guest safety.
• Engage with guests through clear communication, explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering personalized skincare advice.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license with certification in esthetician practices.
• Experience in performing advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, facials
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a spa environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse guests.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products and enhance guest satisfaction.
