Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and aesthetic laser treatments.
• Perform hair threading and makeup application to meet client needs and preferences.
• Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage daily operations efficiently.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client concerns, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and new treatments to provide innovative solutions that meet client expectations.
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products and promote ongoing treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with knowledge of esthetic treatments and cosmetology practices.
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to recommend products confidently.
• Laser certification strongly preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in salon management software.
