We are a commission salon - That means your potential for earnings are NOT CAPPED - If you are a great Stylist or Barber and are great with clients, you can easily make over $100,000. We have training specific to 4:59 Barber Lounge that will show you the way!

What You’ll Do

∙ Cosmetologist will consult with clients to understand their style goals and deliver results they’ll rave about

∙ Cosmetologist will cut, color, and style hair across a diverse and growing clientele

∙ Cosmetologist will build lasting client relationships that keep people coming back

∙ Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming station at all times

What We’re Looking For

∙ Valid Indiana Cosmetology License (required)

∙ At least 1 year of experience preferred — but if you’re newly licensed and hungry to grow, we want to hear from you

∙ Strong people skills and a positive, team-first attitude

∙ Pride in your craft and consistency in your work
