Beauty Station is looking for a licensed Cosmetologist and/or Nail Technician to join our growing full-service salon team in Bonsall, CA.

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, positive, clean, team-minded, and passionate about providing thoughtful client care. Experience is appreciated, but new graduates are welcome. If you are newly licensed and ready to grow, we are happy to provide training, guidance, and support for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail and/or cosmetology services based on your license and skill level
• Perform manicures, pedicures, gel services, dip, acrylic, nail art, hair services, or other salon services depending on experience
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area
• Follow salon sanitation and client care standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Support the salon workflow when not with clients
• Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every guest
• Be open to learning, training, and growing with the team

Qualifications

• Current California Cosmetology or Nail Technician license, or recent graduate preparing to enter the industry
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience with gel, dip, acrylic, pedicure, nail art, hair, or beauty services is a plus
