• Maintain sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing appointments.
• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Educate clients on hair care products and services, promoting retail sales through effective upselling techniques.
• Mentor junior staff members in hair styling techniques, color theory, and sanitation practices.
• Perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading as needed.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
