Duties

• Deliver comprehensive beauty services including hair styling, coloring, extensions, nail care, makeup application, and facial treatments.
• Perform advanced procedures such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser therapy, and body waxing.
• Manage salon operations using industry-leading software like Millennium and MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain client records.
• Engage with clients through personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products while upselling services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict hygiene protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, booking appointments via salon software, handling inquiries via social media management tools, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, color theory for hair coloring, and the latest beauty trends to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist with proficiency in hair styling, coloring (including hair extensions), makeup application, nail care, and facial treatments.
• Familiarity with advanced cosmetic procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing.
• Strong management skills with experience using salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while providing exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online.
• Experience in retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
• A valid Cosmetology license or certification is required; additional certifications in barbering or esthetic laser treatment are a plus. Pay: $11.78 - $16.00 per hour
