• Perform advanced procedures such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser therapy, and body waxing.
• Manage salon operations using industry-leading software like Millennium and MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain client records.
• Engage with clients through personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products while upselling services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict hygiene protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, booking appointments via salon software, handling inquiries via social media management tools, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, color theory for hair coloring, and the latest beauty trends to foster loyalty and repeat business.
