• Provide expert consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling options to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies
• Utilize salon software such as Fresha for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking
• Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their salon experience
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and barbering skills

Experience

• Proven cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
• Experience working with diverse hair types and textures, including expertise in hair extensions and eyelash extensions
