Job Overview

Hopkins Dermatology in Monroe, LA is hiring a skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician/Laser Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various aesthetic and laser procedures while providing excellent patient care. We are currently searching for a Licensed Esthetician/Laser Technician to be responsible for providing skin care services to patients such as HydraFacials, Glo2 Geneo Facials, laser hair removal, laser skin tightening, laser acne treatments, microneedling, product recommendation and more. The position will also involve marketing to obtain new patients, selling products, generating ideas for office promotions, and assisting with practice event planning. This is a full-time position with Monday-Friday hours.

Duties and responsibilities

- Provide esthetic treatments to patients. May include: Lasers using our Fotona Laser devices, facials, microneedling, body contouring, skin tightening, weight management treatments etc.

- Communicate with Dr. Hopkins and Nurse Practitioners about treatments when necessary.

- Educate patients on the benefits of elective treatments and recommend appropriate services.

- Take before and after photographs.

- Obtain treatment consent forms signed by patients.

- Create medical charts on each treatment.

- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and Weave.
