Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to meet clients’ individual needs.
• Conduct aesthetic procedures such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and botulinum toxin treatments with precision and care.
• Utilize salon software systems to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health.
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products and promote services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in esthetician practices.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in advanced aesthetic treatments preferred.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in facials, body waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), and other aesthetic procedures.
• Familiarity with salon management software or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards essential for maintaining a clean environment.
