Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, esthetic laser treatments, and hair threading to enhance clients’ natural beauty
• Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and cuticle treatments with attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Apply hair extensions and style hair to meet client preferences while maintaining current trends in hair styling
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to promote overall wellness and beauty routines
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols for all tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions or body treatments to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized treatment experiences that foster loyalty

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or nail technician with a strong understanding of skin care principles and nail care techniques
• Knowledge of color theory for effective makeup application and aesthetic enhancements
