Esthetician and/or laser technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology or barbering, with experience in guest services and a passion for enhancing client satisfaction. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing laser treatments, ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Must have an Electrologist license

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent guest services by welcoming clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
• Upsell additional services such as dermal fillers or makeup applications to enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in laser technology and cosmetic treatments to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Laser Technician or in a related field is preferred.
• Strong background in cosmetology or barbering is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with makeup application techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience in upselling products or services is beneficial.
