Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic treatments including facials and body waxing
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and disinfected according to health regulations.
• Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, process payments, and manage client records efficiently.
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service by listening attentively, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages that support clients’ ongoing wellness goals.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Hands-on experience performing body waxing and facials is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a professional environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
