Joffrey Aesthetics is a new physician-led aesthetic practice founded by renowned cosmetic surgeon Dr. Mir Joffrey. We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Medical Esthetician to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup aesthetic practice at the ground level and work directly alongside an experienced cosmetic surgeon. We are looking for someone with strong esthetics experience who is passionate about skincare, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and eager to continue learning new treatments and technologies.

The position will begin at approximately 3–4 days per week, with opportunities for increased hours, expanded responsibilities, and career advancement as the practice grows.

Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a concierge-level experience to every patient.
• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Clinical Facials
• Hydrafacials
• Low-level Chemical Peels
• LED Treatments
• Conduct client consultations and review intake forms.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and home skincare recommendations.
• Educate patients on skincare products, treatment options, and aesthetic services.
• Build strong patient relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Learn and communicate current promotions, products, and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
• Assist with patient education regarding aesthetic and medical cosmetic procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• Active California Esthetician License.
• Graduate of an accredited esthetics program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Passion for patient care and skincare.

Preferred

• 1+ years of esthetics experience.
• Experience with clinical facials, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and LED treatments.
• Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice.
• Retail sales and skincare product knowledge.

Hydrafacial Experience

Hydrafacial experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to learning.
