We’re hiring experienced Lash Stylists / Lash Technicians for our new location at Santa Clara Square Plaza.

Requirements

• Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• 3+ years experience as a Lash Stylist (required)
• Strong skills in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume sets
• Experience with lash lifts, brow laminations, tints, and waxing
• Strong client consultation and customer service skills
• Lash certification preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality lash and brow services
• Create customized lash sets based on client needs and eye shape
• Educate clients on aftercare and retention
• Support memberships, packages, and retail recommendations
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace
• Support daily studio operations and client flow
