Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to perform anti-aging CryoFacials and CryoToning services for clients who have already purchased services. There will be opportunities to upsell services while clients are in packages or finishing existing ones. Your goal will be to enhance cryo services with deep cleansing and clarifying facials to provide exceptional results, and educate clients with before and after care treatments to help them achieve their beauty goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform cryo anti-aging treatments (training provided).
• Educate clients on treatment benefits and recommend personalized packages.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and goals.
• Drive sales by promoting spa services, memberships, and package deals.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment.
• Follow proper safety and sanitation protocols.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
