Fantastic Sams Cut and Color in Crestview is growing fast and looking for talented, motivated stylists who want to work in a fun, supportive, high-traffic salon. If you love creating beautiful hair and want a place where you can build your book quickly, we would love to meet you. Our salon has strong regional marketing, heavy walk-in traffic, online check-in, and a loyal local customer base, so you can earn great money doing what you love.

Pay and earning potential. Experienced stylists are guaranteed $15/hour minimum plus tips, with the potential to earn $20 to $30 per hour as you reach our commission tiers. You earn tiered commission on both your service sales and your retail product sales, and our high walk-in volume helps you build your clientele quickly.

What you will do. Color, highlights, and CHI color services. Haircuts for men, women, and children. Texture services, perms, and smoothing treatments. Updos and special-occasion styling. Facial waxing. Recommend retail products. Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Training and growth. Free continuing education on CHI color, cutting systems, and waxing. Mentorship from experienced stylists. Clear advancement to Keyholder, Assistant Manager, and Salon Manager.

What we are looking for. Valid Florida cosmetology license. Comfortable in a busy salon and building a clientele. Positive, energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Willing to learn CHI color, training provided. Weekend availability required.
