Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services
• Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and goals
• Recommend products and services to support clients' hair care needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming salon experience
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive salon atmosphere

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky Cosmetology License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for continuing education and professional growth
• Existing clientele is a plus but not required
