Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Duties

• Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including nail care, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, and more.
• Perform consultations with clients to determine their beauty needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior cosmetologists.
• Upsell salon products and services to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Process retail sales and handle cash transactions.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license.
• Proven experience in providing a variety of beauty services.
• Strong knowledge of retail math for upselling and retail sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and creativity in delivering beauty services.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
