Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions using advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, and color theory principles.
• Provide expert consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Deliver specialized services like eyelash extensions, threading, makeup application, and nail care to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Operate salon software systems such as FRESHA for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Upsell retail products effectively by leveraging retail math skills and product knowledge to boost sales while meeting client needs.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments with professionalism.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering, and customer service excellence.
• Support store management in daily operations, inventory management, and achieving sales goals through excellent customer service.

Experience

• Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse skills in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and grooming techniques.
