Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles, ensuring precision and safety standards.
• Provide a wide range of esthetic services such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, body waxing, and laser treatments.
• Deliver hair styling services including hair extensions, hair threading, and straight razor shaves to enhance client satisfaction.
• Conduct nail care treatments like manicures and pedicures while maintaining strict sanitation protocols.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, makeup items, and beauty tools during client consultations.
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Upsell additional treatments such as dermal fillers or esthetic laser procedures to maximize client benefits and salon revenue.
• Front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a hospitality-driven atmosphere.
