Licensed Cosmetologist/Apprentice

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional Licensed Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The Licensed Cosmetologist will also engage in retail sales, social media management, and product demonstrations to promote our brand and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Conduct advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massage.
• Manage guest appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium and Glossgenius.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following industry regulations.
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling retail sales.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to enhance client engagement and promote services.
• Upsell additional treatments and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, management practices, and new treatment techniques to ensure the highest quality of service.

Skills
