Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to client preferences.
• Perform skincare treatments including dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin procedures, and body waxing.
• Administer eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading to enhance client appearance.
• Conduct scalp treatments such as deep tissue massage and manage facial treatments utilizing advanced skincare techniques.
• Manage retail product demos and upselling of salon products to clients to enhance their experience.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and salon software for scheduling appointments, client records, and sales tracking.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and providing excellent customer service.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and engage with the community.
• Assist with management tasks as needed to ensure smooth salon operations and guest satisfaction.
