Duties

• Perform a variety of beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, and eyelash extensions.
• Utilize techniques such as hair threading and straight razor shaving to meet client needs.
• Apply color theory knowledge to provide expert color consultations and hair coloring services.
• Maintain an organized schedule using MINDBODY or similar scheduling software to manage appointments efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to enhance service offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist with a valid cosmetology license.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience using MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
