What You'll Do

As a Stylist at Salon Root, you'll provide exceptional guest experiences while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities include

• Providing haircutting, coloring, styling, and texture services
• Performing thorough consultations and creating personalized service plans
• Educating clients on scalp health, hair wellness, and home care recommendations
• Recommending clean, cruelty-free retail products that support client goals
• Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness according to state regulations
• Collaborating with teammates to create a welcoming, supportive environment
• Participating in ongoing education and team training
• Contributing to salon goals through professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer care
