Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Cosmetologist to join our team at The Folsom Barber Lounge. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, delivers a consistently top-rated client experience, and thrives in a luxury grooming environment where quality is never compromised.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and shaves that uphold our luxury standard
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every client
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workstation at all times
• Build lasting client relationships and foster loyalty through excellent service
• Stay current with the latest men's grooming trends, techniques, and products
• Collaborate with team members to uphold The Folsom Barber Lounge's top-rated reputation
• Recommend premium grooming products to clients to extend the luxury experience at home

Qualifications

• Valid California Cosmetologist License (required)
• Minimum 2 years of professional barbering experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in men's haircuts, fades, and beard grooming
• Genuine passion for the art of men's grooming and the luxury client experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
