Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct professional skincare services such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance clients’ natural beauty
• Provide thorough consultations to assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and educate on post-treatment care for optimal results
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment areas are clean and hygienic at all times
• Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare products to support retail sales and ongoing skin health
• Deliver deep tissue massage sessions when appropriate to promote relaxation and overall wellness
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual client needs and preferences

Skills

• Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments with a strong understanding of safety procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
