Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, treatments, body waxing, hair threading, with precision and care.
• Apply eyelash extensions and makeup applications to enhance clients’ natural features.
• Conduct retail product demos and upsell skincare, makeup, and beauty products to maximize client satisfaction
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build an active online community.
• Provide excellent guest services by listening attentively to client needs, offering professional recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Educate clients with product knowledge demonstrations and ongoing education on new treatments or techniques such as dermal fillers or esthetic laser advancements.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with experience in lash extension application; additional certifications in dermal fillers or Botox are a plus.
• Proven expertise in esthetic treatments like facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, laser treatments.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to grow your clientele base.
