The ideal candidate is someone who can read the room, anticipate needs, and create meaningful connections with clients. They are calm under pressure, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

This person will often be the first impression of Skincuress and will play a key role in maintaining the elevated, personalized experience our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client communications
• Perform Hydrafacial, glacial, acne/rosecea/malasma corrective treatments.
• Preform sculpting and facial massaging

Support daily studio operations and maintain an organized environment

• Ensure every client feels comfortable and cared for throughout their experience
• Follow up with clients after appointments to check on their experience
• Assist with retail recommendations and service education
