Are you passionate about skincare, driven by results, and ready to grow your clientele in a supportive, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Bear Skin Med Spa!

Position: Licensed Esthetician (1099 Contractor)What We’re Looking For

• Current North Carolina Esthetician License
• Basic esthetics training and a strong foundation in skincare services
• Ability to bring in 5 or more paying clients to start
• Existing clientele is highly preferred
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously learn
• Someone who is hungry for appointments and motivated to build their business
• Willingness to actively market themselves through:
• Social media (including maintaining a professional Instagram presence)
• Handing out flyers
• Networking within the community
• Passion for helping clients achieve real results and leave feeling confident and beautiful

Compensation

• 45% commission + 100% of tips
• Opportunities for higher commission percentages based on:
• Experience
• Performance
• Established clientele and ability to consistently bring in business
• 1099 Independent Contractor position

What You’ll Need to Do

• Complete required training before accepting clients
• Follow Bear Skin Med Spa protocols and treatment standards
• Provide exceptional client experiences with a strong focus on education and results
• Assist in growing the spa through consistent marketing efforts and client retention
• Be committed to creating an environment where every client feels valued, cared for, and beautiful
