Licensed Esthetician (Medical Spa)

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician with at least two (2) years of experience to join our growing medical spa team.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, dermaplaning, waxing, laser treatments, microneedling, and other esthetic services.
• Conduct skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans and medical-grade skincare.
• Educate clients on home care and document treatments accurately in the EMR.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support retail sales.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Licensed Esthetician license.
• Minimum two (2) years of professional esthetics experience (required).
• Hands-on experience with laser treatments and microneedling (required).
• Medical spa experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
