Position Overview

We are hiring both full-time and part-time Licensed Estheticians to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish a new location while building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to a thriving skincare community.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans
• Maintain treatment rooms and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support retail sales through genuine product recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional guest experience
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities

Qualifications

• Current Florida Esthetician License (required)
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and client care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Sales and retail experience preferred but not required
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
