Licensed Esthetician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team at Refine and Refresh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and lasers with a commitment to client care. This role involves performing various esthetic services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will also aid in the promotion of our skincare and wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body contouring, custom peels.
• Laser treatments, RF microneedling
• Provide expert product demos and recommend skincare solutions tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Manage client appointments efficiently using software, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping
• Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to promote services and build lasting relationships
• Support product sales and spa promotions.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
