NÜDE Laser Hair Removal & Aesthetics is seeking a talented, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Facial Esthetician to join our growing team. This is a commission-based opportunity for an esthetician looking to build and grow their clientele in a supportive, boutique medical aesthetics environment.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience performing advanced facial treatments and a passion for delivering exceptional client results and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on clients' skin concerns and goals.
• Perform DiamondGlow® facial treatments.
• Perform microneedling treatments using SkinPen®.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatment recommendations, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and photos.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
• Assist with promoting services through social media and in-office events as needed.
• Responsible for building your book of business

Qualifications

• Active Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License required.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on esthetics experience preferred.
• Experience performing facials, DiamondGlow®, and SkinPen® microneedling required.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
