Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive beauty services such as hair cutting, coloring, styling, extensions, and straight razor shaves with precision and creativity.
• Administer advanced aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and tattooing.
• Manage client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Operate salon software including Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining client records.
• Engage in social media management to promote services, showcase work through before-and-after photos, and attract new clients through active online presence.
• Demonstrate product demos and upsell retail items to enhance client satisfaction while increasing sales revenue.
• Ensure strict adherence to sanitation standards and safety protocols during all procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
