Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion.
• Administer advanced laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other cosmetic procedures with precision and safety.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Conduct product demonstrations and retail sales to promote skincare lines and spa products effectively.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing excellent customer service from consultation through follow-up.

Skills

• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments and advanced skincare techniques such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, facials, and deep tissue massage.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and the latest industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly and build lasting relationships.
• Experience in retail sales to confidently recommend products that meet individual skincare needs.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety regulations at all times.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that makes clients feel valued.
