is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. The primary focus of this position is advanced esthetic treatments, skincare consultations, and medical-grade skincare recommendations, with occasional laser treatment days.

Schedule

Full-Time

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetics or Facial Specialist License required
• Electrology License preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and procedures
• Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, acne treatments, and advanced facial services
• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice preferred
• Laser experience preferred but not required
• Strong consultation, communication, and retail sales skills
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments and advanced skincare services
• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and skincare regimens
• Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and home care
• Assist with laser treatment days as needed
• Maintain detailed patient records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional care and service
