Sand & Sea Medical Spa is a boutique, coastal-inspired med spa specializing in advanced skincare, facial sculpting, injectables, and holistic rejuvenation.

We are looking for an esthetician who understands the art of hands-on facial work: gua sha, muscle lifting, lymphatic drainage, and anatomy-informed sculpting. Someone who treats the face as a landscape, not a checklist.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sand & Sea’s signature Lift & Glow Ocean Facial
• Execute gua sha, facial sculpting, muscle massage, and lymphatic drainage techniques
• Maintain a clean, spa-like treatment room
• Educate clients gently about skincare (never pushy)
• Assist with room resets, inventory, and light admin
• Embody and uphold the coastal, minimalist Sand & Sea aesthetic

Qualifications

• Valid California Esthetician License
• Experience with hands-on modalities (gua sha, facial massage, lymphatic drainage) preferred — willing to train the right energy
