Alchemy Wax Studio is growing, and for the first time ever, I'm looking to bring another wax specialist onto the team.

For the past few years, Alchemy has been a one-woman operation. I've built this business from the ground up through hard work, exceptional client care, and a genuine love for helping people feel confident in their skin. What started as just me has grown into a busy studio with a loyal client base, a strong reputation, and more demand than one person can handle alone.

I'm looking for a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist who is passionate about waxing, values client relationships, and wants to be part of something that's still growing. This isn't a corporate salon environment. You'll work closely with me, learn directly from me, and help shape the next chapter of Alchemy Wax Studio.

What You'll Do

• Perform professional face and body waxing services
• Create an exceptional experience for every client from the moment they walk in until they leave
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and home maintenance
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Build genuine relationships that keep clients coming back
• Represent the Alchemy Wax Studio brand with professionalism, kindness, and confidence

What I'm Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Previous waxing experience a plus but not required
• Brazilian waxing experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a salon suite environment
• Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys connecting with clients
